I can’t recommend Bruce’s Sewer and Drain enough! I’ve been using him for over 4 years and Darrell is always so helpful and knowledgeable of every issue I’ve had. Price is always fair as well! Thank you so much Mr. Bruce!

Clogged kitchen sink drain line. Got an immediate answer to my trouble call, and was told he would be at my house between 1:30 and 2:30 (about 1.5 hours after my call). He arrived at exactly 1:30, and had my drain unclogged in under 40 minutes. Really great service, great response, and very reasonable price! And a really nice, and personable, guy.

Bruce came out same day and fixed the problem! I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

9-9-24 Mr. Bruce arranged to work on my clogged sewer line the same day I called him. He called to let me know when he was leaving his last customer, and arrived at my home on time. The job took less than an hour, and was fair priced. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I have used him two previous times. Honest work by an honest professional. Hope I don’t need him again, but if I do, I know that I can trust him and his work. Thank you, Mr. Bruce!

Darrell really knows his stuff! He came out the same day to fix the clog and delivered exactly what he promises—fast, precise service at a great price. Plus, he's the kind of guy you'd totally grab a drink with - definitely passes the "drink test"!

I contacted Darrell based on the excellent reviews re a drain clog in a utility room and adjacent powder bath. He asked a few questions, quoted a fair price, came out same day, and resolved the problem via roof clean-outs. It's refreshing to deal with someone who knows his stuff and does what he says he will do. All is well.

Daryll quoted me a fair price for the job, scheduled an appointment for early the next day, and arrived on time. He didn't rush through the job but was thorough and gave me some tips to avoid needed a plumber in the future. He even cleaned up after himself, which has not always been our experience with other plumbers.

The Reviews are Legit! I had an issue with my shower backflow when I do laundry. I have contacted a couple of plumbers and was charged hundreds of dollars for consultation. I called Bruce and asked if he can fix the issue. He asked me to send a picture while on the call, and rightawy he knows what the problem might be and gave me a quote. With in 30 minutes he showed up at my house and told what he will be doing. He performed the diagnisis as he mentiomed and now all the issues have been resolved. He is the most honest and funiest person I have ever met. I highly recommend him with any sewer or drain solutions!

Miserable experience getting an estimate for plumber to repair my slow drain. Even though they know exactly what their fees are, every plumber I contacted through Google, Yelp and Angie’s list refused to divulge their prices over the phone. Obviously upwelling is a very important part of the plumbing racket these days and they can’t sell it to you if they can’t get their foot in the door. The thinking is that since you took a day off work to meet them you’ll be more receptive to the inflated prices they charge that they’re afraid (with good reason) to declare over the phone. Finally I noticed a recommendation for Mr Bruce on a Facebook group for Allen Texas and gave him a call. He asked a few questions and then told me exactly what my problem was and how much it would cost to clear my drain. He told me he would arrive between 1 and 3 and he was there at 1:30. He’s a very charming, funny guy who enjoys his work and was a genuine pleasure to meet and do business with. He fixed the problem in two drains in about an hour. It was exactly what he said it would be. It’s too bad all plumbers can’t be like Mr Bruce.

Darrel is great guy his price was reasonable and rare to have someone who really enjoys their work. He was also on time my door bell rang at exactly the time he said he would arrive.

Darrell of Bruce's Sewer Service is one of the best! We have been using his services for years. He is honest, friendly and hard working.

We called Bruce's to have a stopped up sewer line cleaned. Darrel answered the phone and scheduled the appointment for two days later and showed up at the exact time. Once we explained what was backing up Darrel walked outside to look at the roof clean outs. He told us to fill up our washing machine with water and leave water running in the sink. He then went onto the roof and started snaking the line he had determined was the culprit. In short order the line was cleaned, no more backups and it's working like new. Darrel is a very nice guy plus he knows how to determine what needs to be done and is very efficient in his work. Very reasonable price for his service and we couldn't be happier. This guy is really good.

Cleaning drains is all he does, and he does it fast and affordably. Easy to talk to and came out within 30 min of my call. Mr. Bruce has a ton of knowledge and will tell you how to prevent further clogs.

Had a plumber come out to clear my drain, tried to clear it for 10 minutes and suggested we replace some pipes. That plumber never followed up with me, so I called Bruce's Sewer & Drain Cleaning and they came out within 30 minutes and cleared the clog. I will use them again and recommend them.

Had a plumber install a new toilet today. We knew we had a stoppage when we did this. The plumber attempted to unclog it since he was already here. He was not successful and recommended we call another drain guy / leak guy. We called Bruce instead and the issue was resolved within an hour of me calling him. Very personable and saved me a ton of money. I cannot recommend him enough.

Bruce came out to my house on Monday this week. After being charged $250 by one company for the same issue, just a different part of the house, I called Bruce. He was professional yet extremely personable. He took care of the clog I had with my kitchen sink within 30 mins of arriving. He was extremely honest and gave me some really good pointers to help keep clogs at bay. He was about $100 cheaper than the company that came out before. And he did EXACTLY the same thing!!!! If you have a clog, call Bruce!!!!!!!!!!

After carefully reading all the reviews, I decided to call Bruce to unclog my toilet. He said he'd be here in about 45 minutes. Bruce was here in 30 minutes. He unclogged my toilet which had 30 disposable wipes in it. Very professional and honest. Also, VERY affordable. I live in Plano and compared to others I called he was the cheapest. Some guy tried to charge me $250. Bruce was way cheaper, honest & quick. Took him abt 45 mins, and he was done. Call Bruce for your plumbing needs. AWESOME JOB!!!

Bruce's Sewer service is a professional, no non-sense business. The proprietor is an extremely knowledgeable and honest person. He was prompt and charged a fare price, clearing our drain issue and performing a thorough evaluation to insure all was well and no other issues were likely. He shared wise tips to avoid a recurrence and hoped we'd never need him again. Bruce was the bright side to the situation.

I have now used Darrell Bruce twice for clogs in our drains. The first time in July when we purchased the house and found both the kitchen and master were clogged. Our remodeling contractor called him and he came out same day. Reasonably priced and fixed both problems in an hour. I should have rated him then but forgot. Then during our Christmas Day party we had another stoppage in two bathrooms. I called to leave a msg and he picked up. He came over early the next morning and found the issue way under our house. I highly recommend him because he only cleans out drains. I even have a home warranty too but he’s about the same price, comes out much quicker and doesn’t try to upsell me on other plumbing repairs.

Just used Bruce to fix a clogged kitchen sink. We tried a bunch of DIY options (20 ft auger, etc). Bruce fixed it quick!! well worth it!! Trustworthy, no BS service!!!!

I used Bruce’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning to clear our main sewer drain line and was very impressed. Bruce showed up exactly when he said he would, appeared professional and was very polite. Bruce cleared the line and charged me exactly what he said he would, which turned out to be significantly cheaper than the big companies I have used in the past in the Plano area. I highly recommend Bruce if you live in the Plano area, you will save a lot of money and hassle opposed to dealing with the bigger companies.
